The structure of MES production management system

In order to achieve production process and detail management, MES system is divided into two layers in terms of overall structure:

① Management Platform
The production management platform is a comprehensive production data application platform that relies on data centers and enterprise LANs to orderly open up the complex real-time data of production sites to various management roles in the enterprise, achieving production perspective; Analyze and process data through multiple functional modules to provide assistance to personnel involved in production activities of different roles. This includes both early warning and alarm of real-time abnormal production status, as well as analysis and optimization of historical data, and providing dynamic collaborative work guidance for operators at the production operation level.
The production management platform is connected upwards to the enterprise ERP system to receive product order plans, and downwards to the on-site execution platform to fully control the production execution process and dynamically feedback the execution status of orders to the enterprise ERP system.

② Information exchange terminal (core operation workstation level configuration equipment at the production site)
Metaphorically speaking, the information exchange terminal is the extension of the MES system's tentacles to various key workstations on the production site.
The information exchange terminal mainly covers three types of information: pre process information that affects this workstation; The auxiliary real-time process information and operation guidance information of this workstation record the entire operation process; This workstation will transmit comprehensive information to the subsequent process workstation.
The information exchange terminal provides dynamic collaborative job guidance for different workstation operations, assisting operators in accurately completing each operation and improving overall job proficiency.
How to understand "dynamic collaborative homework guidance", which is reflected in the following three aspects:
Regard this workstation as a link in the production process, connect it with the information of the front and rear processes, and strengthen collaboration.
The first layer of dynamism: Based on the production product, automatically call the corresponding job guidance information from the system database, eliminating the need for on-site paper job instructions.
